职位概况
负责在光学产品制造企业中管理员工关系，处理冲突、投诉及纪律事务，推动团队协作与员工满意度提升。
主要职责
- 管理员工关系问题，包括冲突解决、投诉处理和纪律管理。
- 组织团队会议、员工调查及反馈机制，促进跨部门协作。
- 策划并实施福利方案、团队建设等员工参与计划。
- 监督劳动法规和公司政策的合规性。
- 支持绩效管理和员工发展相关事务。
- 分析员工关系数据，提供报告与改进建议。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业。
- 至少3年员工关系或HR工作经验，有制造或光学行业背景优先。
- 熟悉劳动法律法规及行业合规要求。
- 具备优秀的沟通、谈判和冲突解决能力。
- 持有SHRM-CP、PHR等人力资源资格证书者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
- 具备数据分析与报告撰写能力。
