任职要求
- 10年以上快消品、电商等工作经验，5年以上集团化同岗位工作经历。
- 了解并熟悉公司的业务战略和团队运作状况，有效推动各项人力资源政策或流程在部门的落地。
- 熟悉组织结构、KPI体系、培训体系设计；熟悉阿米巴经营，能基于业务理解，通过人力资源管理提升业务部门效率。
- 能建立并完善人力资源管理体系：招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设，制定和完善人力资源管理制度。
- 具备极强的组织协调、沟通、观察分析、判断等能力，富有亲和力，处理问题果断。
