HR Generalist / HRBP

About the role

Regal Rexnord is looking for an HR Generalist / HRBP for a fully onsite position at its designated office in Zhangzhou City. The role covers recruitment, training and development, employee relations, HR policy implementation and HRBP support for functional departments.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment: run end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, including job analysis, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiation and onboarding, and build talent pools and recruitment channels.
• Training and development: design and deliver onboarding, job skill and management training, manage the training cycle and evaluate effectiveness, and support the company's training system and culture.
• Employee relations: maintain open communication, handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, contracts and terminations in line with national labour law, organize team-building events and handle complaints and disputes.
• HRBP support: advise functional department leaders on their business needs, help roll out HR policies and analyse departmental HR data.
• Comply with national laws and company EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) requirements, and take responsibility for work safety.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, HR-related major preferred.
• At least 1 year of white-collar recruitment experience in a foreign manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with core HR modules (recruitment, training, employee relations).
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, resilient, meticulous and result-oriented.
• English usable as a working language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Solid knowledge of national labour laws and regulations.
