伊利集团2027届校园招聘，在呼和浩特土默特左旗招聘1名人力数据分析专训生，面向应届毕业生，工作地点为总部。该岗位负责人力资源相关数据的清洗、分析与建模，为管理决策提供数据支持。
主要职责
- 负责人力资源相关数据的清洗、分析与建模，为管理决策提供数据支持
- 参与数据看板及数据指标的设计与开发，提升数据展示效果与决策效率
- 跟踪业务数据状态与前沿分析，持续优化分析工具与技术
任职要求
- 2027届本科毕业生，本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、信息管理等相关专业
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、数据敏感度和团队协作精神
- 英语可作为工作语言
必备技能
- 熟练掌握至少一种数据分析编程语言，能独立完成复杂数据查询与处理
- 熟悉SQL、Python等数据可视化工具者优先
