Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive performance‑focused user acquisition and referral programs to expand Editage China’s customer base and revenue. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise paid campaigns, content, and referral initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of paid campaigns, conduct A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages and bidding strategies, and monitor real‑time ROI/CAC.
• Develop and execute content strategies for user acquisition and conversions, creating performance‑focused assets and measuring their impact.
• Implement and optimise referral programmes, including incentive setup, tracking, payout, and fraud prevention.
• Build daily dashboards for core metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS) and identify funnel drop‑off points.
• Collaborate with designers, performance teams and global stakeholders, providing market insights for China.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience in performance marketing with proven expertise in paid channels.
• Experience developing and optimising conversion‑focused content (lead generation, sign‑ups, sales).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Fluent English (written & verbal), able to produce performance reports and localise creatives for Chinese audiences.
• Portfolio showing a case study of ad optimisation, a referral/viral campaign, and content marketing results.
