Graphic Designer – Brand & Packaging (Shenzhen)

About the role

HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking an adventurous and passionate Graphic Designer to join its new design team in Shenzhen. The role blends music enthusiasm with cutting‑edge design, creating iconic product experiences for brands such as JBL, Harman Kardon and AKG.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand design leaders to develop new brand identities and graphical packaging guidelines.
• Create point‑of‑purchase packaging, event concepts, brochures, and oversee production details including die‑lines and printer coordination.
• Identify lifestyle trends and translate them into innovative concepts alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead projects, deliver presentations, and maintain communication with project managers.
• Work independently, taking full responsibility for project timelines and updates.

Required profile

• Strong design fundamentals with exceptional typography, composition, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and print production.
• Passion for music, street culture, sports, fashion and a keen interest in materials, colors and finishes.
• Outgoing personality with a sense of humor and ability to collaborate across functions.
