Global Key Account Manager – Electronics (Growth)

About the role

ABB Robotics is looking for a Global Key Account Manager to drive growth with one of its largest customers. You will lead strategic expansion, introduce new technologies, and coordinate global deployments across manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an account growth strategy aligned with new product introductions and emerging applications.
• Develop a technology roadmap and adaptive operational model to meet customer demands.
• Lead customer events to reinforce brand relevance and premium positioning.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through technology differentiation and solution innovation.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Partner with system‑engineering and local sales teams to ensure seamless, cross‑country execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in EMS or contract manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of electronics build phases (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP) and basic manufacturing concepts (BOM, configuration, FA, EFFA).
• Strong commercial management skills with the ability to drive execution and manage risks.
