Global Installation Engineer – New Graduate (Shanghai/Beijing/Wuxi/Chengdu)

About the role

As a Global Installation Engineer (New Graduate) you will work directly with customers to install, maintain and upgrade cutting‑edge semiconductor and display equipment. You will use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, preventative and corrective maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Travel domestically or overseas on business trips (70‑85% travel rate).
• Complete on‑the‑job technical and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with on‑site safety and environmental requirements.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of field or customer support experience (new graduate acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, automation, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum or thermodynamics.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
