About the role
Responsible for the overall success of the Kempinski Hotel in Fuzhou, driving revenue, profit and guest satisfaction while maintaining product quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the work of process managers reporting to the General Manager.
- Develop and propose company policies for top‑management approval.
- Create operational guidelines for processes under direct authority.
- Prepare the annual budget and fiscal plan and present it to the board.
- Produce detailed departmental performance reports for senior management review.
- Recruit, train and manage hotel managers and overall staff.
- Oversee lodging arrangements, customer satisfaction initiatives and quality standards (LQA and company).
- Set and enforce business objectives, manage projects, renovations and emergency situations.
- Handle public relations with media and local government.
