About the role
The School of Entrepreneurship and Management at ShanghaiTech University invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level in economics, finance, management, marketing, strategy or entrepreneurship.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses.
- Develop and lead research programs in the relevant discipline.
- Supervise graduate students and contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in departmental service and academic leadership activities.
Required profile
- PhD degree in a relevant field (for junior positions).
- Strong potential for teaching excellence and a robust research agenda.
- For Associate and Full Professor levels, a proven record of academic leadership, publications and research impact.
