职位概况
负责公司操作系统配套的移动端和大屏应用全栈开发，搭建并优化 Flutter 开发框架，推动高性能混合开发体系落地。
主要职责
- 承担 OS 上 Flutter 框架的建设、优化及标准制定。
- 构建大屏 Flutter 开发体系，设计高性能混合架构。
- 制定 TV 端、移动端的组件库、开发规范及性能调优方案。
- 完善开发工具链、调试环境，提升研发效率。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Flutter 开发经验，熟悉 Dart，能从零搭建项目。
- 具备完整的移动应用架构设计和项目管理经验。
- 具备一定的英语口语交流能力，能对接海外产品团队。
- 熟悉跨平台开发技术栈及性能优化方法。
- 有智能电视、机顶盒或嵌入式设备开发经验者优先。
- 熟悉 Android TV、Google TV、AOSP 等大屏开发技术。
