Flagship Store Operations Supervisor (JD Platform)

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a proactive Flagship Store Operations Supervisor to manage its JD.com flagship store in Shanghai. The role focuses on daily store execution, promotion planning, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive sales and improve store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily product listings, page optimization, activity scheduling, and basic store maintenance.
• Track core store metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and DSR score, identifying issues and driving timely optimizations.
• Develop and execute monthly promotion plans, manage promotion tools, optimize keywords and audiences, and control costs to improve ROI.
• Plan and implement daily marketing activities and major platform promotions (e.g., 618, Double 11), handling activity registration, page coordination, resource acquisition, and performance review.
• Analyze Business Advisor data, generate reports, diagnose store health, propose optimization actions, and review campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, customer service, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to adjust store strategies according to industry trends and platform rule changes.
• Manage third‑party operator relationships, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and profit structures.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JD backend operations and the logic of major promotion tools.
• Strong data sensitivity with solid analytical abilities; experience using Excel and Business Advisor for data analysis.
• Familiarity with platform activity rules, marketing copywriting, and proposal drafting.
• Goal‑oriented with excellent execution skills and the ability to drive projects efficiently.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving, and quick learning capabilities.
• Team player with basic coaching and mentoring abilities.
