Finance Controller – Manufacturing Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead the finance function of an international manufacturing organization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of accounting, taxation, treasury, costing, budgeting and reporting across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities, ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance and robust internal controls.
• Manage and develop a local finance team while aligning processes with global financial policies.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and standardisation of reporting.
• Prepare management reports, performance analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions, investment projects and M&A activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the local business and overseas finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in multinational organisations with regional or global reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international setting.
