Executive Assistant – Senior Support for Global Leadership

About the role

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across its worldwide fire and life safety brands. The role provides high‑level administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations for executives and facilitating strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑volume executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Plan and execute domestic and international travel, handling itineraries, visas, transportation, accommodation, and expense reconciliation.
• Coordinate internal and external executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
• Serve as primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication.
• Handle confidential information, business strategies, and sensitive data with strict discretion.
• Support ad‑hoc executive affairs, special leadership projects, and temporary assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting senior executives in multinational environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to manage bilingual business scenarios.
• Exceptional time‑management, multitasking, and logical judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced document formatting and PowerPoint polishing.
• Expense management and reconciliation.
