ESL Teacher – Teach English to Young Learners in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with children aged 3‑16, delivering engaging lessons in a dynamic, student‑focused environment while experiencing Chinese culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver ESL lessons using a structured curriculum and modern teaching technology.
• Monitor student progress, provide personalized feedback, and adapt instruction to support language development.
• Participate in school events, cultural exchange programs, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a lively classroom atmosphere through interactive, communicative language teaching methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Interest in international education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).

Required skills

• Ability to use modern teaching technology and digital classroom tools.
