职位概况
负责现场EPC项目的整体进度与质量，统筹团队，确保合同、技术方案及HSE要求得到落实。
主要职责
- 组建并整合现场团队，监督EPC承包商施工进度与质量。
- 确保承包商遵守健康安全环境规章及技术方案。
- 统筹现场布局、办公室、存储区等设施规划。
- 参与周度现场会议，提供月度进展报告，审核发票。
- 与进度工程师、人力资源经理协作，管理现场日志与技术人员出勤。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，化工、土木、电气、新能源或工程管理等相关专业。
- 10年以上项目管理经验，8年以上海水淡化或新能源技术经验。
- 主持过至少2个大型全周期海水淡化或新能源项目，具备EPC完整经验。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel、Primavera P6等信息技术工具。
