Job description
职位概况
负责生产现场的日常管理，保障生产活动顺利推进并满足客户需求，同时推广精益文化、落实质量与成本控制，确保产线各项关键业绩指标达成。
主要职责
- 协调生产资源与人员，按生产计划组织生产，确保每日任务完成
- 指导员工按OMS操作，监督质量控制，运用QCC、柏拉图、防错法等工具解决在线质量问题
- 配合维修部进行设备基础维护，协助分析成本并提出降本措施
- 监督6S和目视化管理，协调跨部门问题，完成安全、生产、质量、交付等KPI
任职要求
- 1-2年同等经验，熟悉生产制造过程、精益生产及工艺标准
- 空调制冷、机械制造、自动化或工业工程相关专业本科
- 英语四级以上，能进行日常工作沟通；熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT
- 有精益或六西格玛认证、ISO9001经验或大规模产线管理经验者优先
