职位概况
负责E驱动及E轴总装线的规划布局，推动工艺改进，提高生产效率和质量。
主要职责
- 规划并设计完整的E-Driver与E轴装配线布局。
- 主导工艺改进项目，提升产能、质量和成本效益。
- 开发并优化电机、逆变器、齿轮箱等核心部件的制造工艺，包括装配、测试和密封。
- 识别关键工艺点，确保产品质量和性能。
- 使用SolidWorks、ANSYS等CAD/CAE工具进行工艺设计与验证。
- 确保符合IATF 16949、VDA6.3等质量管理标准。
- 与生产、质量、研发、设备工程等跨部门团队协作。
- 编制工艺文件、作业指导书和培训材料。
- 支持工艺问题的故障排除和根因分析。
- 关注行业趋势和新技术。
任职要求
- 具备电动驱动或汽车零部件制造工艺经验。
- 熟悉装配线布局设计和工艺流程优化。
- 了解质量管理体系（IATF 16949、VDA6.3）。
- 良好的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力。
必备技能
- SolidWorks
- ANSYS
- 工艺仿真软件使用经验
