职位概况
负责在长沙地区推动药房DTP（Direct to Patient）模式的合规运营，制定区域市场策略，提升患者治疗体验，支持业务目标实现。
主要职责
- 依据监管要求开展合规风险管理培训，强化DTP运营体系。
- 制定并执行DTP区域市场策略和计划，赋能药房专业服务。
- 分析市场趋势与政策导向，推动DTP模式优化。
- 协调内外部沟通，制定并跟踪KPI，管理产品准入与退出。
任职要求
- 2年以上肿瘤（跨国公司）或DTP渠道管理经验。
- 具备优秀的数据分析与逻辑思考能力。
- 熟练使用PowerPoint进行汇报。
- 良好的沟通、协调及冲突管理能力，能适应频繁出差。
