About the role
The District Hospital Manager, DIA will act as the hospital operations manager and regional admission lead. The role focuses on ensuring safe operational incident resolution, maintaining capacity, and identifying admission opportunities both inside and outside the hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor provincial and city‑level VBP and admission policies and assess their impact on hospitals.
- Track implementation of VBP and admission policies at the hospital level, including processes and key drivers.
- Identify and prioritize hospital interaction opportunities based on risk and opportunity analysis.
- Engage key decision makers, build and maintain relationships, and influence decisions through negotiations and collaborative projects.
- Share collected information with cross‑functional teams such as sales to support clinical interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, business relationships, and strategic planning.
- Strong ability to analyze risks, identify opportunities, and prioritize interactions within hospital settings.
