Director, Omni Channel CBL

About the role

The Director, Omni Channel CBL leads the integration of category and channel strategies within Coca‑Cola’s franchise operations. Based in Beijing, you will work in a hybrid setting to ensure that omni‑channel plans are coherent, aligned, and delivered through the franchise system.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand, portfolio and commercial strategies into unified omni‑channel priorities.
• Support disciplined planning, sequencing and prioritisation across all channels.
• Provide analytical insights to guide trade‑off decisions, investment focus and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with channel and franchise teams.
• Facilitate cross‑channel discussions to resolve conflicts and maintain alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and COE teams to ensure plans are backed by appropriate tools and data.
• Capture best practices and feed insights back into future planning cycles and playbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in omni‑channel planning, category management or franchise operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
