Director of Teamwear Business

About the role

The Director of Teamwear Business will lead the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of our teamwear portfolio, driving growth across both brand‑owned and commercial channels. This senior position combines business development, product and marketing oversight, and people leadership to expand the brand’s presence in sports, schools and community teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement short‑, mid‑ and long‑term strategic channel plans for the teamwear business.
• Define product and marketing strategies, including partnership marketing, sports activation and brand communications.
• Grow the number of teams, clubs, schools and community partners to scale the business.
• Develop go‑to‑market tools and communication plans, and build strong relationships with major external accounts and partners.
• Manage key business processes to achieve targets for net sales, market share and customer satisfaction.
• Set cross‑functional operating models to ensure alignment across marketing, product, sourcing and operations.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, communicating clear targets and providing regular feedback.
