About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Technical Specialist to support its MedTech sales initiatives in Shanghai. The role focuses on establishing cost‑effective programs and driving innovative initiatives within the Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems area.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement cost‑effective, results‑based programs and innovative initiatives for Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems.
- Contribute to project components, programs, or processes within the Clinical Sales area.
- Identify opportunities to integrate methods based on trend and competitive analysis to improve sales strategy.
- Communicate product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines across the clinical sales team.
- Document and maintain customer account information and set up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline.
- Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
