Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and execute our B2B digital strategy. You will be responsible for driving audience engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting product launches across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy targeting B2B audiences.
• Manage and maintain all digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and marketing automation tools.
• Create and curate high‑quality content such as posts, articles, images, videos, and infographics.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns to support product launches, events, and other initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs for each channel, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and tools, continuously improving the strategy.
• Ensure all activities comply with privacy laws, advertising standards, and other regulations.
• Collaborate closely with sales and external partners to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, sales cycles, and lead‑nurturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
• Creative storytelling ability and strong project‑management skills.
