Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end‑to‑end digital initiatives. The role focuses on social media operations, community management, and integrated digital strategy planning, especially within the WeChat ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, covering brand promotion, user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing data monitoring system, conduct regular analysis, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate multi‑channel digital operations, ensuring consistent brand tone across all platforms.
• Prepare performance reports, present insights, and recommend strategic adjustments to business teams.
• Manage external vendors, oversee task allocation, progress supervision, and quality assessment to support WeChat operations and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business teams to align marketing rhythms and achieve overall targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably with full‑cycle strategy execution.
• Experience in a 4A agency is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the WeChat ecosystem, including official account content operation, fan growth, and traffic monetization.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
