About the role
We are looking for a creative Designer to join our Shanghai team and help bring our brand vision to life. You will work closely with the Creative team to develop innovative design concepts across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative team to execute design strategy for various projects.
- Own all aspects of design and production, ensuring high quality and innovation.
- Create digital designs, brand communications, video storyboards, presentation materials, and marketing collateral for internal, event, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Coordinate with the client servicing team to meet expectations, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
- Determine appropriate web architecture and recommend technical solutions.
- Work within project parameters such as client goals, usability, technical constraints, budget, and schedule.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve design output.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share insights.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Understanding of website delivery from wireframe to hosting.
- Familiarity with video production and editing, preferably using Final Cut Pro.
