About the role
The Design Engineer will lead the development of semi‑active shock absorbers, handling both 3D and 2D design work and coordinating packaging studies and product data management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of semi‑active shock absorbers using CATIA, covering 3D and 2D models.
- Conduct packaging studies and manage product data through the Teamcenter PLM system.
- Support and participate in semi‑active shock absorber RFQs.
- Handle engineering change requests and maintain DFMEA and CTS documentation.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in semi‑active shock absorber development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automotive Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Expert level in CATIA.
- Proficiency with Teamcenter PLM system.
- Experience creating DFMEA and CTS documents.
- Competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Familiarity with Amesim, Mathcad, and other CAE tools.
