Data Scientist – AI & Machine Learning Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to design and implement AI and machine learning solutions that boost business performance across multiple functions. You will work closely with marketing, distribution and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to optimise business processes.
• Perform data analytics to support in‑country marketing, distribution and operations initiatives.
• Identify and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure effective implementation and governance of analytics solutions.
• Guide junior data scientists and provide technical expertise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and evaluate new data‑science approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience developing AI and machine learning solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data quality and perform exploratory analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse business units.
