About the role
The Data Analytics & AI Solutions Specialist will lead the collection, processing, and analysis of large structured and unstructured data sets, applying AI‑powered tools to generate actionable business insights. This role works closely with operations, IT, and business teams to translate data into strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Source, ingest, and manage complex datasets from multiple systems and external platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using industry‑standard tools.
- Perform advanced Excel analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support digital twins modeling initiatives by preparing data and validating model inputs/outputs.
- Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance data analysis accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to define analytics requirements and continuously improve data processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Advanced Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with MRP systems; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
