Cybersecurity Intern

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Cybersecurity Intern to support the security posture of its manufacturing site in Suzhou. You will work closely with the Cybersecurity Team, the Operational Team and other IT functional teams to protect industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) and corporate infrastructure, and to cover the security lifecycle of Logitech's hardware and software products. The role suits a proactive student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• OT security operations: assist in risk assessments of factory systems (PLCs, SCADA) and support IEC 62443-aligned mitigation strategies
• Product security and secure manufacturing: help secure the manufacturing process, including cryptographic keys, certificates and firmware on devices on the factory floor
• Secure development lifecycle: help track Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs), assist with basic threat modeling and integrate security checks into the software/firmware pipeline
• Automation: develop a custom automation agent using Python and AI to synchronize OT asset data into the enterprise management platform
• Vulnerability management: identify vulnerabilities and track remediation in OT environments
• Incident management: support the CSOC with remediation of malicious activity in China and act as a technical bridge between Global CSOC and local operations
• Security solutions: provide L1 support for Security Service Edge (SSE) and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
• GRC and vendor risk: conduct security assessments of local suppliers, translate technical requirements and validate documentation
• Network security: support reviews of network segmentation, VLANs and firewall rules between IT and OT zones
• Documentation: help maintain security documentation, asset inventories and SOPs

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related technical field
• Fluent Mandarin with strong written and spoken English, as you will collaborate with global teams
• Analytical mindset, strong critical thinking and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of secure coding, basic cryptography, IoT/embedded device security or application security testing (SAST/DAST)
• Basic TCP/IP, VLAN/routing, DNS and DHCP
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux
• Basic Python scripting and interest in using AI/LLMs to automate security workflows
