Customer Service Representative – Mandarin Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle English‑ and Mandarin‑speaking customer inquiries via calls, messages, and CRM records.
• Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and order information.
• Send invoices, collect deposits, follow up with customers, coordinate approvals, and support scheduling.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in B2C or B2B.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication (minimum B2 level).
• Strong phone, email, and instant‑messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Calendar.
• Proactive, confident, and detail‑oriented.
