Customer Logistics Representative – Airbus Helicopters

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters' Logistics organization in Zhuhai as the Customer Logistics Representative. You will be the primary contact for customers in Mainland China and Hong Kong, handling all material and logistics activities related to spares, repairs, and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main focal point for spares, PBH, AOG, warranty, component repair & overhaul, and transport activities.
• Monitor, secure and improve customer satisfaction through detailed action plans.
• Track and enhance key performance indicators such as turnover, gross margin, OTR, OTD, and order ratio.
• Represent Airbus Helicopters in meetings and seminars with customers, distributors, and maintenance centres.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, MRO, training, logistics platforms, and other transversal teams.
• Identify and share new aircraft sales opportunities with the Sales Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, export controls, and quality management systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in customer‑facing logistics or aerospace environments.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset, rigor, and problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent English with negotiation capability.
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
