Corporate Internal Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Internal Auditor to join our international team. In this role you will lead global audit engagements and provide advisory support with a strong technical focus, contributing directly to the effectiveness of risk management and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute global internal audits and special advisory projects, especially in quality management and production areas.
• Assess and improve the effectiveness of risk‑management, internal controls and governance processes.
• Define audit measures, prepare consulting reports and present findings to senior management.
• Develop audit methodologies and contribute to conceptual work for continuous improvement.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (master’s or diploma); CIA certification or prior audit experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably with deep knowledge of the BSH organization and technical areas such as quality management.
• Proven leadership experience in projects or line‑function roles.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30‑40 % of working time) and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
