Corporate Communications Specialist, Asia Pacific

About the role

DuPont is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist for the Asia Pacific region to develop and execute communication initiatives that reinforce the company’s reputation, engage employees, and support business priorities. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the role works closely with business and functional stakeholders to translate global and regional strategies into effective local content.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, translate, and localize communication materials for internal and external audiences across Asia Pacific.
• Coordinate content collection from businesses, functions, and sites to support storytelling and communications programs.
• Maintain communication calendars and content pipelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of corporate social media channels in the region (e.g., WeChat), including content planning, development, and publishing.
• Develop and execute employee communication initiatives that promote culture, engagement, and recognition.
• Support media engagement activities such as press releases, interviews, and events, and monitor media coverage.
• Coordinate communications projects and collaborate with agency partners.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience creating and localizing content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of corporate branding and messaging standards.
