Corporate Communications Lead

About the role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Communications Lead to drive employee engagement and internal messaging across our organization in China. The role blends strategic content creation with hands‑on event execution, requiring creativity, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage the weekly internal newsletter and draft executive communications such as notes and briefing materials.
• Curate and create content for internal events including Leadership Summits, Town Hall meetings, Fun Club activities, Lunch & Learn sessions, and provide ad‑hoc editing support for functional teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of China Town Hall events and support other employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent writing abilities in both English and Chinese with strong literary flair.
• Strong implementation skills; event experience preferred but not required.
• Outstanding communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities; proactive and self‑motivated.
• Work style combining 70% detail‑orientation with 30% creativity and innovation.
