Commercial Assistant

About the role

The Commercial Assistant provides essential administrative and secretarial support to the commercial leader and team, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful execution of key commercial events. This role acts as a bridge between the commercial function and internal stakeholders, handling logistics, documentation, and back‑office tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, arrange meetings, coordinate travel, and process expense reimbursements for the commercial leader and team.
• Organise and execute commercial events, internal meetings, and team activities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless administrative and event‑coordination processes.
• Support CSOT account‑related customer service back‑end work, including SAP data entry and related documentation.
• Assist the Admin Manager with company‑wide activities such as annual dinners, family days, and epidemic‑prevention initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the commercial leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5‑8 years of experience in the electronics, semiconductor or display industry, or in roles involving quantitative analysis, data interpretation, or mechanical/optic work.
• Background in R&D engineering, account management, product engineering, field application, quality assurance, or B2B technical sales is advantageous.
• Experience in a multinational or global company is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for data entry and documentation.
