职位概况
我们正在寻找具备CMF设计经验的专业人才，负责汽车项目的颜色、材料与表面（CMF）整体设计，确保方案符合品牌调性并顺利落地。
主要职责
- 负责CMF设计工作，制定符合项目需求的颜色、材料与表面方案。
- 与跨部门团队协作，推动概念设计至量产落地的全流程。
- 跟踪行业趋势与材料工艺创新，提供前瞻性设计解决方案。
任职要求
- 设计、艺术、工程或相关专业专科及以上学历。
- 3-5年工作经验，其中至少1年汽车行业CMF设计经验。
- 熟悉ARR流程者优先。
必备技能
- 精通CMF设计工具与材料工艺。
- 具备跨团队协作能力。
