职位概况
作为飞利浦IGT‑S临床成功经理（CSM），负责推动客户成功和市场增长，通过建设KOL生态圈、示教中心、培训中心及临床证据体系，帮助客户实现价值提升。
主要职责
- 管理5‑8家重点医院，建立并维护与科室主任、医院管理层及核心专家的长期合作关系。
- 制定并执行客户成功计划，提升产品利用率、客户满意度，跟踪业务发展和临床成果。
- 建设并维护区域及全国KOL网络，签约品牌大使，提升专家参与度和品牌影响力。
- 推动论文、摘要、壁报及病例成果发表，支持科研项目和专家合作研究。
- 建设示教中心和培训中心，组织学术会议、研讨会及专家论坛，打造区域临床创新平台。
任职要求
- 10年以上医疗行业相关经验，具备客户管理、临床市场或业务发展经验。
- 有战略客户管理或KOL合作及学术项目管理经验者优先。
- 具备介入放射、心血管、神经介入领域经验者优先。
必备技能
- 卓越的人际关系管理能力。
- 优秀的战略思维和商业敏锐度。
- 出色的项目管理能力，能够协调跨部门项目。
- 较强的学术交流及演讲能力，具备市场发展意识。
