Clinical Research Associate II

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II in Nanjing. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, the CRA II designs and analyses clinical trials, interprets complex medical data and helps advance treatments that benefit patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to clinical trial monitoring, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively
• Carry out site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety throughout the trial
• Work with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth study conduct
• Review data and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
• Help prepare and review study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
