Carrier Manager

About the role

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Carrier Manager to join the APAC Managed Solutions team. In this role you will manage day‑to‑day carrier relationships, ensure service performance meets customer expectations, and act as a key liaison between carriers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance, including EDI adherence and routing guide compliance.
• Publish and interpret carrier scorecards and service metrics such as tender acceptance, on‑time delivery, dwell time, and claims.
• Manage carrier escalations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain master data for lanes and service attributes with high accuracy.
• Continuously improve carrier management processes.
• Support customers on large RFP exercises and participate in procurement projects, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
• Provide market and network insights to account teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics, carrier management, procurement, or related fields.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data visualization.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and compliance metrics.
