Candidate Experience Partner (Recruiter)

About the role

The Candidate Experience Partner will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Siemens Energy, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates – from internal mobility and employee referrals to external applicants and sourced talent. This role combines data‑driven sourcing, stakeholder collaboration and employer‑branding to help shape Siemens Energy’s future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimise recruitment strategies and improve the candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers together with Talent Acquisition Partners to define role requirements and align on hiring processes.
• Identify, attract and engage top talent across all channels using innovative sourcing methods, including Boolean searches.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey from application to shortlisting, screening and presenting refined shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of future candidates while maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the process.
• Assess candidate suitability through phone or video interviews, document feedback and ensure timely follow‑up with hiring stakeholders.
• Act as a sourcing business partner, collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to continuously improve talent‑acquisition processes.
• Strengthen Siemens Energy’s employer brand by actively promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret sourcing and conversion data.
• Ability to conduct intake meetings and align with hiring managers on role specifications.
• Experience building talent pipelines and maintaining proactive candidate communication.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices.
