Business & Technology Delivery Manager – SAP

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior Business & Technology Delivery Manager to lead SAP projects across its China locations. The role focuses on driving GTM‑enabled SAP implementations and technical upgrades of S/4HANA, ensuring delivery excellence for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP GTM solutions and S/4HANA technical upgrade projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and Accenture delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on SAP experience with a focus on GTM capabilities.
• Proven experience managing technical upgrades to SAP S/4HANA.
• Formal SAP E1 (ECC) qualification.
• Senior‑level expertise with strong stakeholder management skills.
