Business Controller

About the role

As a Business Controller you will lead financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting and strategic reporting to support senior management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems.
• Prepare and present financial and management reports to senior management.
• Analyze financial trends and ensure reporting complies with IFRS and internal standards.
• Improve internal controls and drive continuous improvement in business processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar; MBA is a plus.
• More than 10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Previous experience in business control, preferably in a product company.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements to achieve positive financial results.

Required skills

• Hands‑on accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
