Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications

About the role

lululemon is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Enterprise Technology team in Shanghai. The role bridges finance, legal, HR, and asset protection stakeholders with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that support the company’s strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Asset Protection and other corporate functions to understand business processes and objectives.
• Critically review proposed technical solutions, evaluating feasibility, scalability, integration impact, and alignment with business goals.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to solution design.
• Review and validate technical solution designs, including system architecture, data flows, APIs, integrations, and security considerations.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and technical constraints, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream systems to ensure cross‑system alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions.
• Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet agreed outcomes and technical designs.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with finance, legal, HR, or asset protection stakeholders.
