职位概况
博世集团在无锡招聘2027届校园招聘测试开发工程师，负责汽车电子控制器的BSW测试与自动化开发，提升测试效率。
主要职责
- 根据需求设计测试用例并开发测试脚本，执行BSW功能与性能验证。
- 记录系统异常与功能缺陷，进行分类、日志提取与复盘分析。
- 整理测试数据，撰写高质量测试报告。
- 维护测试台架，配合研发进行场景复现与回归测试。
- 运用AI工具与脚本实现测试自动化，提升日常测试与数据整理效率。
任职要求
- 具备基础代码阅读能力，能理解Python或C++编写的测试脚本。
- 了解汽车电子电气架构，熟悉CAN/CAN FD总线及传感器原理者优先。
- 对AI技术有浓厚兴趣，能够熟练使用AI工具辅助日志分析与文档撰写。
