职位概况
博世汽车系统（无锡）公司招聘BPS工程师/精益生产工程师，负责推动工厂精益转型，提升生产效率和质量。
主要职责
- 开展BPS成熟度评估并提供辅导
- 传递并落地BPS工厂使命与愿景
- 支持短中期产品策略的制定与执行
- 组织Speed Week、3 Weeks Training、Jishuken等快速改进活动
- 开发并推广KPI树、powershift、仿真等持续改进工具箱
- 负责BPS相关能力建设，包括培训、项目辅导和最佳实践分享
- 支援系统CIP项目及PGL工作坊主持
- 使用MTM、planCTA进行布局规划与优化
任职要求
- 机械、电气或工业工程类本科及以上学历
- 至少4年在博世生产部门工作经验
- 熟悉BPS工具并具备实际运用经验
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力，结果导向
- 具备自我驱动和抗压能力，能够团队合作
必备技能
- MTM（方法时间测量）
- planCTA
- Ergo原理及其在MAE发布中的应用
- 布局规划与优化
- BPS工具使用经验
- KPI树构建
- powershift
- 仿真技术
