职位概况
负责电池管理系统（BMS）的验证工作，制定测试计划与规范，执行功能及耐久性测试，确保产品符合项目需求。
主要职责
- 根据项目进度制定BMS测试计划和测试规范。
- 在HiL测试平台上完成硬件集成、自动化测试程序开发与执行。
- 进行功能、耐久性测试，分析数据并撰写测试报告。
- 与全球系统、硬件、软件团队协作，推动问题定位和V模型流程。
任职要求
- 电气或电子工程硕士学位。
- 至少3年BMS功能测试经验，能够独立负责测试工作。
- 熟悉BMS核心功能、控制策略及硬件/软件架构。
- 具备良好的英文读写和沟通能力，能够适应快速迭代。
必备技能
- HiL测试平台编程与自动化测试。
- 使用CANoe、ETAS工具及CAN协议。
- 熟练掌握C、Python、CAPL等编程语言。
- MATLAB/Simulink、版本控制、测试用例设计。
