Aviation Sales Business Development – Chengdu

About the role

This position is responsible for identifying market opportunities, securing orders and promoting Airbus Lifecycle Services (ALS) to customers in China and the broader APAC region. The role supports company growth while safeguarding the Airbus brand through high‑value customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the customer network and complete KYC and GTA processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to uncover new business opportunities.
• Lead sales campaigns, including negotiation, proposal, contract signing and review.
• Coordinate with Airbus headquarters commercial team for market intelligence and customer service.
• Work with internal Customer Service and Project Managers to deliver high‑quality service.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue and order‑in‑take targets.
• Facilitate internal communication with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and other functions.
• Provide top‑level customer support and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel frequently across China, APAC and Europe as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 3 years experience in aviation customer service, sales or marketing; MRO experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – the working language.
• Strong commercial sense, excellent storytelling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, reliable and responsible.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity and customer‑centric values.
