Associate/Senior Auditor – Jinan

About the role

Join Deloitte's audit team in Jinan as an Associate or Senior Auditor. You will lead audit engagements for small to medium‑sized clients, applying Deloitte’s risk‑based methodology and state‑of‑the‑art Engagement Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Assume overall control of audit assignments, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Conduct audit, accounting and taxation engagements as required.
• Build trust with stakeholders while maintaining independence.
• Apply appropriate tools, guidance and methodology to deliver audit services.
• Proactively assess risks, contribute to risk discussions and develop audit analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree (preferably accounting or related).
• 3‑5 years of audit experience in a CPA firm, preferably a Big 4.
• Professional certifications such as CICPA, HKICPA or other CPA qualifications.
• Accreditation in Green & Sustainable Finance (GSF) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, HK GAAP and IPO processes.
• Intermediate skills in audit analytics and visualisation.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Putonghua/Cantonese).
• Proficient with standard computer applications and willing to travel.
