About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Training Program Manager to design and deliver product training that boosts sales performance. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align training with business goals and reinforce our brand spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Design product training courses based on marketing strategy and sales targets.
- Develop training plans that improve closure rates, new user acquisition, cross‑selling and customer loyalty.
- Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) sessions to empower trainers across all sales channels.
- Act as a role model for the brand’s spirit and values.
- Perform any additional tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2‑5 years of experience in sales, training, marketing or related consumer‑focused roles.
- Proactive, persistent, logical, self‑disciplined and self‑motivated.
- Fluent oral and written English is preferred.
